Apple Unveils iTunes 9

itunesI’m really looking forward to diving into the new version of iTunes (9.0) released this afternoon. First impression of the visual update is that it was unnecessary. I liked it just the way it was. I’m currently updating the ol’ iPhone 3GS to the new firmware, but from the look of the iPhone 3.1 list of fixes and updates, there’s nothing much to see there.

In iTunes 9, I’m really looking forward to playing around with its new home sharing and it’s continued evolution of the whole genius concept.
