Greg McKnight, an ex-Trik is rumored to be able to hit 50mph on rollers. How long can you sustain +40mph? 10 minute warnup. 40+ for 10, 11, 15, cooldown. Twitching, lurching, skidmark, and a really funny story is not part of the plan.
We got our first mountain snow in Utah and it’s not even October. That means the season is winding down and indoor training is coming soon. Thanks for the tips and tricks.
