How to Spice Up Your Indoor WorkoutsMan, I need all the tips, tricks, music, videos etc. I can to spice up trainer workouts — especially recently to help motivate me recently between our newborn robbing me of sleep and time, and the downpour of rain we’ve had as of late.

    Greg McKnight, an ex-Trik is rumored to be able to hit 50mph on rollers. How long can you sustain +40mph? 10 minute warnup. 40+ for 10, 11, 15, cooldown. Twitching, lurching, skidmark, and a really funny story is not part of the plan.
