How to Spice Up Your Indoor Workouts

Cycling on an indoor trainer isn’t the end of the world, but it sure as hell isn’t the same as hammering through the miles and minutes outdoors on your local roads. Below is a great writeup on mixing up and simultaneously making the most out of those indoor sessions.
I’m holding onto the outdoor workouts for as far into the autumn days as possible (shooting for 4 or maybe 5 bike commuting days this week)
