Johnson Automotive Commercials

Those of us in Central North Carolina have had a laugh at many commercial breaks in our favorite shows. Johnson Automotive, a local car dealer conglomerate has been gracing us with a series of very funny ads about the stereotypical car salesman and customer’s experiences with them, featuring a badger as the salesman. It turns out, the ads were done by the same advertising agency that did the gecko commercials for Geico Insurance.

These local ads are so much better than the Geico’s run with the badger and the only unfortunate is that these commercials are only local to our market. The production value on these things is definitely of a national caliber. They’re not you’re typical local television advertisement, and it’s too bad only central North Carolina is seeing those commercials. Luckily, YouTube is showing it to a larger audience. Congrats to Johnson Automotive on a great advertising campaign.
