Lazy Sunday? Hardly!

So much for a low key lazy Sunday, lounging around the house. Sure, we were around the house some after running errands and getting lunch with the parents. But that home time was packed with a bunch of activity.

While we’ve got a wet vacuum, it pretty much sucks… Or doesn’t. So we rented one from the local Ace that did a much better job, pulling a disgustingly amount of dirt, and making short work of the various Beagle-related carpet stains.

We also cleared out the remaining bits from my new office – the room destined to be a fully functioning nursery little by little over the course of the next few weeks and months, starting with a bit of sex-neutral paint next weekend.

If that weren’t enough, I finished out the evening putting together the Tri-Cyclists 2009 team kit/jersey, and then futzing with creating a WordPress custom template from the ground up.

Whew! I’m beat.. Time for bed and back to work maybe for a bit of a slower pace.
